Inspired People
I got fired from a sales job in 2003 along with the top five percent of those in my position nationwide for, very literally, being too good at what I did. Yeah, it's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard, too, In the end, though, corporate America not wanting to pay me what I earned was a good thing, because it put me in a position with a local consulting firm. Three years and a little bit of frustration there guided me to starting up my own business, and now here I sit, successfully operating a business since Opening Day of the 2006 MLB season.
Some would consider it a remarkable string of coincidental misfortunes that brought me to the nirvana of self-employment. Others would believe that it's part of His plan. I'm firmly in the latter camp; I believe that I've been lead to the place where I am for some sort of purpose, and sitting down every day to face the challenges of this job and try to discover that purpose is one of my great joys in this life.
Faith-Based Business
We like to think that we do business a slightly different way. My wife and I are devout Christians, and we wear our faith on our sleeves. We apply the same principles to our business that we try to live our lives by, and we seek at all times to run an honest, straightforward business. I've been programming since before my voice changed and creating websites since before I graduated from high school. I'm now a father of three with grey hair threatening to annex my head, so I've been doing this for a while. I've got more than twenty years of programming experience to put to use on your project.
As a web developer, I've worked on projects for an international best-selling author, politicians, a coach for multi-million dollar business owners, churches, and many points in between. I was the lead in creating a subscription service that was able to generate over $20,000 in monthly income for its owners. I've brought a card game with decades of history to life as a web-based application. With expertise in HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL development as well as graphic design, I'm ready to put my years of skill and experience to use for you.
